Here is another addition to the multi-dimensional flexible urethral stretching silicone sound series. With its smaller rounded tip at approximately 8mm this one is perfect for the next stage of stretching to enable the full insertion of larger sounds. Similar to our 6-14mm stretching sound. We had several requests from users of the 6-14mm sound to make the next step in sizes available. Like the 6-14mm sound it also goes in smoothly as each segment stimulates and spreads the way for the following slightly larger segment to do the same. The total insertable length is approximately 6" up to the flange with a deeper retaining valley just in front of the base. This probe can be purchased with open core for extended length wear to accommodate drainage or with a completely solid configuration.
The sound has 8 separate segments sized as follows:
1 - 8mm 24Fr
2 - 9mm 27Fr
3 - 10mm 30Fr
4 - 11mm 33Fr
5 - 12mm 36Fr
6 - 13.5mm 40Fr
7 - 15mm 45Fr
8 - 16mm 48Fr
The silicone material is very flexible in the smaller diameter regions but still quite firm when ordered in the #10 silicone which I recommend for a moderate level of stiffness. If you want it to be softer, the #00-50 softness level which is what I refer to as the compressible softness level and is actually spongy feeling. Similar to soft Gummy candies. This softness is really nice because it will allow the sound to compress a little upon insertion and then exert a continuous outward pressure to gently stretch the urethra to the selected size. The softer material the more compression. Liberal amounts of lubrication allow this sound to be inserted to the desired expansion size while at the same time remaining comfortable and stimulating for extended wear if that is what you desire.
As with all our other silicone nozzles, this one is also available in a wide array of material softness and colors. Please make note that the "00-50 Plus Soft" and the "10 Soft" silicones are not available in the pure translucent color. They are available in all the other colors including the translucent white material in the drop list. If you accidentally order one of those softness selections with the normal translucent color option, we will automatically substitute the translucent white color instead.
