The EXT CONCAVE SPD 1.5" is the next size in the EXT CONCAVE series. Its 6.5" concave taper gradually increases to a 1.5" maximum diameter before narrowing to a 1" retention valley and 1.75" safety flange.

Choosing your silicone firmness

For the EXT CONCAVE SPD 1.5", Bob recommends #00-50 Soft. The softer silicone allows the long tapered section to flex more easily.

#10 Medium is also available if you prefer more structure.

Color options

#18 and #30 are available in pure translucent silicone.

#00-50 and #10 use a translucent white base and can be mixed with our standard colors.

Please note

The 1.5" model has a long gradual taper, but the full-size section still reaches 1.5". It is better suited to users who are already comfortable with this size.
