FAQs
Everything we ship is shipped discreetly, it won't say siliconenozzles.com or have stickers about the product.
This will depend on a few things, are you in USA or another country? Most domestic orders will ship out within 1 week, and then it will take a few days for shipping to get your package to you. If you ordered a very large order(10 pieces or more) with different colors and firmnesses for all pieces, it will most likely be more like 2 weeks of production time. international orders will take longer in shipping, sometimes 2 weeks. And sometimes holidays, weather, or illness slows us down in the production room and we could get a week behind.
short answer, it will probably be about 2 weeks to hold the items you ordered domestic and it will probably be about a month for international orders.
If you want the piece longer, fatter, skinnier or shorter, larger bore, smaller, color we dont have as default, we can do this sometimes, but it will take longer if we need to make a new piece. If we only need to half fill a mold we can do it quickly, but if we need a new mold, then we need a new master, and its going to take time. It never hurts to ask us what we can do, if it's something you want, once we make it, we can offer it to others and it could be good for everyone.
Yes, please try to send us an email above ASAP, so we don't make and then ship the thing you ordered, we want you to get what you want, if you want it.
This will be very subjective, everyone is a little different, and some people are much more experienced than others. If you go too soft, its going to be difficult to insert, but if you go too hard, its going to be uncomfortable. We do have these Triangles, so if you're totally unsure, these can help you decide. Here is a page to try and describe the different firmness options Silicone Firmness.
As a general answer #10 is pretty good, for smaller sounds 5mm-6mm you will probably want something more firm like #18 or #30, and anything larger than 10mm you might want to consider #0050. Similarly to rectal insertables, most will want #10 for medium sized pieces (1" to 1 1/2" diameter). Smaller than 1" diameter, #18 could be nice, and items larger than 2" should consider #0050 or even #0020.
