Everything we ship is sent completely discreetly. Your package will not say "SiliconeNozzles.com" on the outside, nor will it feature any stickers or branding indicating what is inside.

Because each piece is custom-made, your timeline depends on order size and destination:

• Domestic (USA): Most standard orders are manufactured within 1 week, followed by a few days in transit. Please allow roughly 2 weeks from order to doorstep.
• Large Domestic Orders: If you order 10 or more pieces with mixed colors and firmness levels, production will take closer to 2 weeks.
• International Orders: Shipping takes longer (sometimes up to 2 weeks in transit alone). Please allow about 1 month total to receive your order.

Note: Occasional holidays, severe weather, or unexpected shop illnesses can sometimes push our production schedule back by about a week. We appreciate your patience!

Yes, we can often accommodate customization wishes

• If it’s a modification we can do quickly (like half-filling an existing mold), we can turn it around fast.
• If your request requires a brand-new mold and master pattern, it will take significantly longer.

It never hurts to ask! If it's a great idea, we might even add it to our permanent catalog for others to enjoy.

If it's physically possible, we’d love to try! To get your concept made quickly and accurately, here is what helps us most:

• Scale Drawings: A sketch with exact measurements is a massive help.
• 3D Renders: If you are able to design the item in 3D software, that speeds up our workflow significantly.

Why we handle the tooling: While you might think sending us a pre-made sculpture or mold is the next logical step, we prefer to handle both the master pattern and the mold production in-house. This ensures the tooling works perfectly with our specific casting materials and prevents any customer-sculpted pieces from being accidentally damaged during the process.

Yes, but please email us ASAP at Salesinfo@siliconenozzles.com. We want to make sure you get exactly what you want, but we need to catch the order before it enters production or ships out!

This will be very subjective, everyone is a little different, and some people are much more experienced than others. If you go too soft, its going to be difficult to insert, but if you go too hard, its going to be uncomfortable. We do have these Triangles, so if you're totally unsure, these can help you decide. Firmness is highly subjective and depends entirely on your personal comfort and experience level. If a piece is too soft, it can be difficult to insert; if it's too hard, it may be uncomfortable.

As a general rule of thumb:

• Urethral/Sounds (Small Scale): For small 5mm–6mm pieces, you'll want a firmer silicone like #18 or #30 so it holds its shape. For anything over 10mm-12mm, consider dropping down to a softer #0050.
• Rectal / Larger Insertables (Medium to Large Scale): #10 is our great all-around baseline—perfect for medium pieces (1" to 1.5" diameter).#18 provides a nice, solid feel for smaller items under 1" diameter. #0050 or even #0020 (very soft/pliable) is highly recommended for larger items over 2" diameter.

Our shipping schedule for pre-made items runs on a weekly rhythm:

• Ordered Sunday – Wednesday: Typically ships out the very next day.
• Ordered Thursday (after 7 AM EST) – Saturday: Ships out the following Monday.

Note: In the rare event that an RTS item is physically misplaced in the shop during packing, we don't make you wait—we immediately add it to that day's production queue to be freshly poured and shipped out by the next business day.
