Shipping policy

New orders will consist of items that are instock, items that we need to make here in house, or a combonation of the two.

Items that need to be made are added to our production log every morning and under normal conditons it will take a minimun of 1 day to make any item and it could take up to 2 weeks, it depends how busy we are and the weather, we could get some snow or flooding and it could possibly take longer.

If you only order items that are in stock, that order will get shipped sooner than an order that needs even one item to be made by the production team, that one item will slow down the other items.

Once your shipping lable is printed you will recieve an automated email with the tracking data. Normally we do not print this until we are ready to ship the order, so it should update within 24 hrs normally.

All packages are shipped discreetly.
There is no branding or stickers, its a plain brown box, or it will be USPS packaging
