Refund policy

We take care of our customers, if there is a problem with anything send us an email at salesinfo@siliconenozzles.com and I will address the issue. 

If you need to cancel the order or change something, such as the softness or color, or shipping address, contact us ASAP and we will make the change on our end.

If we have already shipped the order and you want a refund, then refuse the package or send it back to us without opening the box. If the product is damaged or defective, take a picture and send it to us at salesinfo@siliconenozzles.com
