Refund policy

We take care of our customers, if there is a problem with anything send us an email at salesinfo@siliconenozzles.com and we will address the issue. It could be a mistake we made or you just dont like the product, we want satisfied customers, please try to contact us within 30 days of recieving your order. 

If you need to cancel the order or change something, such as the softness or color, or shipping address, contact us ASAP and we will make the change on our end.

If we have already shipped the order and you want a refund, then refuse the package or send it back to us without opening the box. If the product is damaged or defective, take a picture and send it to us at salesinfo@siliconenozzles.com
