The CT-75 is silicone colon tube designed for fluid delivery and retention control. It features a consistent, smooth 1.0" (25 mm) outer diameter throughout the body and can be purchased in lengths ranging from 18" up to 54".

You can customize this tube with your choice of tip style and base flange:

  • Tip Style A (Multi-Ball Ribbed): Features four graduated, rounded ribs designed to interact with natural internal curves.

  • Tip Style B (Smooth Taper): A gradually tapered entry design for low-resistance navigation.

  • Retention Flanges: Integrated base flange options include 1.3", 2.0", 2.5", and a 2.5" Sloped Flange.

Choosing Your Silicone Firmness

For an extended colon tube of this diameter, Bob strongly recommends selecting Shore 10A. This firmness level provides enough structural column strength to prevent the tube from kinking or collapsing during placement, while remaining pliable enough to navigate natural internal curves.

If you are choosing a shorter length variation (such as 18"), larger diameter flange, or prefer an more pliable, highly flexible tube that yields to internal muscle pressure, Bob recommends selecting our extra-soft Shore 00-50 composition.

Color Options

  • #18 and #30 are available in pure translucent.

  • #00-20, #00-50, and #10 base colors are translucent white and can be mixed with any standard color.

The CT-75 is intended for experienced users who are comfortable with deep placement and substantial volume.

I am really enjoying this tube! I love the feeling of the rubber slipping and sliding in and out. I am able to get the whole 4' length into me. I use a 2.5g bag with a flow indicator which tells me if the tip has made it through the bends. After many fun sessions I think I'm ready for a larger diameter. Thank you so much!

I like very large colonic irrigations using 5 - 6 quarts. I've tried several different colon snakes but this is the first one that I've been successful in pushing all 5 feet into me. I know it's all the way into my cecum because the flow indicator is still spinning with 4 1/2 feet in me. It stops when the whole length is in and hits the end of the descending colon. With other tubes I couldn't even get past the splenic flexure and it felt amazing when it finally went through. The colon needs to be distended with water to help the tube make the bends.

This is my absolute favorite toy at the moment. I had one before that was a little shorter and stiffer, but after some years of "research" I determined exactly what I needed and made a custom request and they fulfilled it perfectly. My toy is *considerably* longer than what's listed on the site, in the 0050 softness, open core, with the tapered tip. I really like the 2.0 ball at the end, it's just the right size for me. This toy takes some serious preparation to use and proper technique to succeed - if you're not planning to go past the sigmoid colon you may want to consider something a bit stiffer. This tool is not for the uninitiated, it requires lots of experience and familiarity with the body to find success, but for anyone who's ready for an intense experience, this toy may be right for you!

Construction of the item is good and it is very flexible for easy insertion (soft).
