Designed for those who seek a more personalized and comfortable infusion experience, the PSP’s unique geometry is optimized to work with the natural anatomy of the rectum and sigmoid colon.

• Customized Texture: Featuring a series of graduated ridges and valleys (ranging up to 2.5" at the largest ball), this nozzle is designed to stimulate and secure fluid retention comfortably.

• Material Feel: Cast in our flexible #00-50 silicone, this piece offers a soft, marshmallow-like tactile feel that instantly springs back to its original shape, ensuring both easy insertion and reliable form-retention.

• Versatility: With a 14" total length and a specialized, tapered flange that seals comfortably at the sphincter, the PSP is as effective for enema sessions as it is for extended-wear anal use.

• Customization: Hand-cast in-house using medical-grade, platinum-cure silicone. Pure translucent (#18, #30) or our translucent white base (#00-50, #10) which can be mixed with any standard color.
