Here is the medium-large size Rectal Training Dilator that can also double as an enema nozzle—the green piece shown in the photos. It can be purchased in both open-core and solid versions to suit your preferences. This size is part of a set of five, with one larger and four smaller sizes available separately or as a combination set.

Available in several Shore A durometer levels of softness, this nozzle features a 4.5" length and a 1.75" diameter enlarged tip that tapers down to a 1.5" diameter shaft over 2.5" before widening to a 2.25" diameter safety flange. The tapered tip allows for comfortable insertion and excellent retention.

This is an ideal piece for those continuing gentle stretching to prepare for larger nozzles or colon tubes. It is not recommended for beginners or first-timers without gradually working up through the smaller dilators and using plenty of lubrication and patience.
