The SSND-Chastity 8mm is a contoured silicone insert with a series of gentle waves and valleys along its length, built to pair with male chastity cages — compatible with popular models like the CB-6000 and CB-3000, as well as most standard cage hardware — or to wear alone as a low-profile plug. It's available in four lengths: Short (2"), Original (2.75"), Long (6.25"), and Extended (10").

Choosing your silicone firmness

For long-term or extended chastity wear, Bob recommends #00-50 (Soft) — it lets the 8.8mm peaks compress comfortably under normal body movement. If you're wearing this as a standalone sound and want the ridges to stay firmly defined, #10 (Medium) or #18 (Firm) are also available.

Color options

#18 and #30 are available in pure translucent silicone.
#00-20, #00-50, and #10 use a translucent white base and can be mixed with our standard colors.

This is perfect for my holy trainer cage, it is very comfortable for long term wear. I would recommend the softer versions. I only wish there was a larger version with a 5/32 bore.
