The SSND-7mm is a straight-shaft silicone sound with a uniform 7 mm (21 Fr) diameter and a rounded entry tip, available in four insertable lengths from 4" to 18".

Choosing your silicone firmness

For the SSND-7mm, Bob recommends #10 (Medium) for the 4" and 8" lengths — it balances flexibility with enough structure at this diameter. For the 12" and 18" lengths, or for the open-core version at any length, #18 (Firm) is a better choice, since the extra length or the hollow core both need more column strength to stay controlled during insertion.

Color options

#18 and #30 are available in pure translucent silicone.
#00-20, #00-50, and #10 use a translucent white base and can be mixed with our standard colors.

Please note

The 4" and 8" lengths are a reasonable starting point. The 12" length reaches further and calls for more care and experience. The 18" length is intended only for people who are already experienced with long urethral sounds.
Use appropriate lubrication and never force insertion. Stop immediately if you experience pain, bleeding, or significant discomfort. Inspect the sound before each use and do not use it if damaged.

Amazing product ! Really impressed with the craftsmanship !
Bought the SSND-7mm 18" firmness 18 and solid and was properly sent overseas without any issue.
Was expecting some discomfort for such a long device but the surface finish is so smooth that I'm no sure anyone could complain about discomfort at all.
18 firmness is a really great choice, even had the chance to ask for a custom color and they did their best to provide for the same price.
