Choosing your silicone firmness

Bob recommends #10 (Medium) or #18 (Firm) for the SSND-Double Expansion 22" — across a 21" insertable length, this gives it enough column strength to resist flexing or buckling and accurately carries each expansion transition through to the far end.

Color options

#18 and #30 are available in pure translucent silicone.
#00-20, #00-50, and #10 use a translucent white base and can be mixed with our standard colors.

Please note

While the 12.5mm diameter itself is moderate, the 21" length is significantly longer than a standard sound, so this is best approached with prior sounding experience and plenty of patience.
Use appropriate lubrication and never force insertion. Stop immediately if you experience pain, bleeding, or significant discomfort. Inspect the sound before each use and do not use it if damaged.

I ordered this back when the old website was going. It was really LONG but I had no trouble at all inserting it. My only disappointment was that it didn't seem to drain like it was intended to do. But that wasn't much of an issue with me. It's a super great sound.

This was a great purchase. Being fairly new to sounding, I wasn't sure I could take this all in but with a bit of work and a lot of surgical lube I did it. It's a lot wider than I'm used to, but the pressure gave me more and more pleasure that helped me surpass my previous limits. I'll be using this a lot. It's very strong and I don't have any fear of it breaking or anything like that. It's also easy to clean. Don't skip the cleaning! I put it in during my regular enema which took me to a whole new level of enjoyment.

One of my favorite sounds so far. It was intimidating at first,, but after you get used to it, it's just as intimidating as ever. The safety flange on this model is the best part of this sound, even more than the length. I wish it came in a softer material, but still a fun addition to my arsenal.
