The SSND-BMK3 is a flexible silicone urethral sound with an elongated tapered tip and several changes in diameter leading to a 12 mm (36 Fr) enlarged barrel near the base. The shaft narrows to a 7.5 mm (22.5 Fr) retention valley just before the flange.

Retention valley: 7.5 mm (0.295", 22.5 Fr)
Insertable length: approximately 8.5" (216 mm)

Choosing your silicone firmness

For the SSND-BMK3, Bob recommends #00-50 Soft. The softer silicone allows the changing diameters to compress and flex more easily.

Color options

#18 and #30 are available in pure translucent silicone.

#00-50 and #10 use a translucent white base and can be mixed with our standard colors.

Please note

The SSND-BMK3 has several diameter changes along its length, ending in a 12 mm barrel. It is intended for users who are already experienced with urethral sounds of this size.

Use appropriate lubrication and never force insertion. Stop immediately if you experience pain, bleeding, or significant discomfort. Inspect the sound before each use and do not use it if damaged.

Really enjoy ! Took some getting used to for sure, started with the hollow bore 0050 soft , then ordered the 10 medium hollow bore. It is easier to insert both provided comfort and continuous stretch. It’s become very pleasant and I prefer it in more often than not. Underwear positioning penis upward feels best with the SSND-BMK3 8.5” in me.
