This specific engineering optimization vastly improves initial comfort, allowing for much smoother, more natural expansion during insertion and a gentler experience upon removal.

How It Works: The CSRE sleeve is comfortably inserted first with a generous application of high-quality lubricant on the silicone and the anatomy. By slowly twisting the piece with moderate forward pressure, the anal sphincter safely dilates over the initial expansion ring and settles perfectly into the narrow retention valley. The sphincter then shrinks naturally back into this valley, holding the enhancer firmly in place while creating an absolute, watertight seal. Your rigid plastic speculum can then be smoothly introduced directly through the enhancer's large internal bore to begin the hydrotherapy session.
