The CSRE 2.5" is a larger, rounded-edge revision of the CSRE line — the same watertight speculum adapter, sized up with a softer profile at the expansion ring for easier entry and removal.

How it works

With lubricant applied, the piece is inserted with slow, gentle twisting. The sphincter dilates over the rounded 2.5" retention ring, then settles back into the 1-3/8" retention valley to hold the piece in place and form a watertight seal. A standard plastic speculum then slides through the 7/8" bore to begin the session.

Who it's for

This is a professional-grade tool built to interface with a colonic speculum kit — intended for hydrotherapy providers or experienced home users.

Choosing your firmness

Bob recommends #10 (Medium) — it holds the 2.5" ring's shape to anchor the speculum securely and maintain the seal under pressure.

If you or your client have sensitive anatomy, #00-50 (Soft) is also available for a more compliant, lower-resistance sleeve.

If you're unsure which firmness to choose, we recommend ordering our silicone firmness samples first.

Color options

#18 and #30 are available in pure translucent.
#00-20, #00-50, and #10 are translucent white base materials and can be mixed with standard colors.
