The Nubby Ext (Extended) is an elongated variant in our compact retention series, designed to provide a deeper, exceptionally secure placement. Featuring a dual-bulb configuration separated by a straight shaft and a flat safety flange, this plug delivers excellent, reliable retention in a streamlined form factor.

Design & Dimensions:

Overall Length: 75mm
Maximum Insertable Length: 65mm
Lead Ball Tip: 22mm maximum diameter by 23mm length
Straight Mid-Shaft: 11mm diameter by 20mm length
Secondary Retention Bulb: 13.5mm diameter by 10mm length
Retention Base Valley: 10mm straight shaft section
Safety Flange: Expands out to a 25.5mm diameter base

Color Options: #18 and #30 are available in pure translucent. #00-20, #00-50, and #10 base colors are translucent white and can be mixed with any standard color.
