The SSND-JAS4-EXTENDED 18" is our longest wave-profile sound — the same repeating swell-and-valley pattern as the JAS4 13", extended to a 17.5" insertable length for full deep-canal reach.

Choosing your silicone firmness

For a piece this long and segmented, Bob recommends #10 (Medium) or #18 (Firm) — both give the swell pattern enough column strength to carry through the full 17.5" length in a controlled, predictable way.

Color options

#18 and #30 are available in pure translucent silicone.
#00-20, #00-50, and #10 use a translucent white base and can be mixed with our standard colors.

Please note

At an 8–10mm profile across 17.5", this is intended for users who have already mastered baseline sizes and want to work up to deep-canal length.
Use appropriate lubrication and never force insertion. Stop immediately if you experience pain, bleeding, or significant discomfort. Inspect the sound before each use and do not use it if damaged.

Excellent quality like always, This is a nice addition to my collection. The ball safety flange is better than i hoped, comfortable and doesn't get in the way. I hope to see more with the safety ball in the future. Overall one of my top 3 favorite so far.
