The SSND-MGCWAND10 is a 10" sound with an enlarged bulb tip, a thick uniform shaft, and a large oval expansion node partway down its length, finishing with an extra-large safety flange.

How it works
The 13.5mm rounded tip guides initial entry, then the shaft steps down slightly to a uniform 13mm for about 5" — giving a steady, low-fatigue stretch as it travels. It then widens into a 2"-long oval node reaching 15.8mm at its widest, before narrowing into an 11.5mm retention valley just ahead of the flange, where surrounding muscle settles into the groove and holds the piece in place.
Choosing your silicone firmness
Bob recommends #10 (Medium) — it gives the 15.8mm oval node and 13.5mm tip enough structure to hold their shape against muscle pressure, while still providing the column strength needed to guide a 10" shaft predictably.
If you'd rather the oval node feel more yielding and compressible, #00-50 (Soft) is also available.
Color options
#18 and #30 are available in pure translucent silicone.
#00-20, #00-50, and #10 use a translucent white base and can be mixed with our standard colors.
