How it works
The 13.6mm rounded tip delivers the main stretch right at entry, then the shaft steps down to a slender, uniform 9.8mm for 7"–9" — this keeps tissue tension low as it travels deep. Near full depth, the shaft gradually rises to a 10.4mm peak before narrowing into an 8.3mm retention valley, where the surrounding muscle settles in and holds the piece against the flared base flange.
Choosing your silicone firmness
Bob recommends #10 (Medium) — it keeps the substantial 13.6mm entry bulb feeling smooth and controlled as it clears the opening, while giving the long shaft the column strength it needs to track predictably.
Color options
#18 and #30 are available in pure translucent silicone.
#00-20, #00-50, and #10 use a translucent white base and can be mixed with our standard colors.
