SSND-MULTICON
Recommended for open bore options
The SSND-MULTICON is a 7.5" sound with a graduated series of barrel balls separated by deep retention valleys, stepping up from 12mm at the tip to a 15mm peak partway along the shaft.
Details
- Insertable shaft length: 7.5" (190 mm)
- Entry tip: 12.0–13.0 mm (36–39 Fr), 2" long
- Maximum peak diameter: 15.0 mm (45 Fr)

How it works
The 12–13mm entry tip leads through a sequence of graduated barrel balls — 14mm, 14.5mm, and a 15mm peak — each separated by a short, deep valley that lets the tissue relax between segments. A 1" extended barrel holds 14mm for continuous mid-shaft expansion, before three trailing barrels step back down to 12.5mm ahead of the base flange.
Choosing your silicone firmness
Bob recommends #10 (Medium) — it gives some flex through the 9–10.5mm valleys while keeping enough column strength to guide the 15mm peak barrels without buckling.
If you'd rather the 15mm peaks yield more under pressure for easier placement and comfort during extended wear, #00-50 (Soft) is also available.
Color options
#18 and #30 are available in pure translucent silicone.
#00-20, #00-50, and #10 use a translucent white base and can be mixed with our standard colors.
Please note
This is an intermediate piece — the 15mm peak diameter across a 7.5" insertable length calls for some prior sounding experience.
Use appropriate lubrication and never force insertion. Stop immediately if you experience pain, bleeding, or significant discomfort. Inspect the sound before each use and do not use it if damaged.
