The SSND-SHRTCATH 11 is a short, 4.25" incontinence plug built around two 11mm sealing balls separated by a snug valley, for multi-layered leak protection in a compact, discreet design. Configurable as open-core for continuous drainage or solid-core as a daytime plug.

How it works
The 9.5mm rounded tip eases in, then drops into an 8.9mm relaxation valley. Two successive 11mm balls follow, separated by a 10mm valley, forming a layered barrier against leakage. Past the second ball, the shaft narrows into an 8.8mm retention valley, giving the surrounding muscle a dedicated space to contract and hold the piece hands-free.
Choosing your silicone firmness
Bob recommends #10 (Medium) if you want a firm, well-defined plug that maximizes sealing pressure at the 11mm balls. For daily, extended wear and a plusher, more compressible fit, #00-50 (Soft) is the better choice.
Color options
#18 and #30 are available in pure translucent silicone.
#00-20, #00-50, and #10 use a translucent white base and can be mixed with our standard colors.
Please note
The 3.75" insertable length is approachable, but the 11mm sealing balls put this at an intermediate level rather than a true beginner size.
Use appropriate lubrication and never force insertion. Stop immediately if you experience pain, bleeding, or significant discomfort. Inspect the sound before each use and do not use it if damaged.
