SSND-FLAT MIDBALL
Recommended for open bore options
The SSND-FLAT MIDBALL is a 6.9" sound built around a mid-shaft node that's flattened on two sides — 13mm across the flat planes and 17.5mm along the rounded curves — so rotating the piece during use changes how it feels.

Choosing your silicone firmness
Given the 17.5mm rounded mid-ball on a 6.25" shaft, Bob recommends #00-50 (Soft) — the extra compressibility eases the transition over the widest point.
For experienced users who want firmer column strength and more distinct tactile resistance against the flattened surfaces, #10 (Medium) is also available.
Color options
#18 and #30 are available in pure translucent silicone.
#00-20, #00-50, and #10 use a translucent white base and can be mixed with our standard colors.
Please note
At 17.5mm across its rounded axis, this is an advanced-sizing piece intended for users who are already experienced with larger stretching.
Use appropriate lubrication and never force insertion. Stop immediately if you experience pain, bleeding, or significant discomfort. Inspect the sound before each use and do not use it if damaged.
