SSND-MD 12-21
Recommended for open bore options
The SSND-MD 12-21 is a heavy-gauge, five-segment stepped sound built for advanced, high-volume stretching — an upscaled version of our MD 6-14mm series. Each segment gradually widens the path for the next, separated by shallow retention valleys that hold steady pressure rather than releasing it immediately.
Details
- Insertable length: 8"
- Entry tip: 11 mm (33 Fr)
- Maximum diameter: 21 mm (63 Fr)
- 5 progressive segments, each separated by a shallow retention valley
- Base: Integrated flare retention flange

Choosing your silicone firmness
For a sound at this diameter, Bob recommends #00-50 (Soft) — it lets each segment compress a bit on initial entry, then exert a steady, gentle outward pressure once seated.
If you'd rather the ridges hold their exact shape against tight muscle walls for a firmer, more defined stretch, #10 (Medium) is also available.
Color options
#18 and #30 are available in pure translucent silicone.
#00-20, #00-50, and #10 use a translucent white base and can be mixed with our standard colors.
Please note
At a 21mm maximum diameter and an 8" insertable length, this piece is built exclusively for experienced users working through an established stretching progression.
Use appropriate lubrication and never force insertion. Stop immediately if you experience pain, bleeding, or significant discomfort. Inspect the sound before each use and do not use it if damaged.
