SSND-RNDMBALL 7-10mm
Recommended for open bore options
The SSND-RNDMBALL 7-10mm is one of our oldest-running designs — a multi-ball shaft with 22 gently varied expansion zones, useful for incontinence management or general use. Available as an 8" entry-level model (the first 12 stages) or the full 17" deep-reach version, and solid or hollow-core for fluid flow or breathability during long-term wear.

How it works
The 8mm tip leads into 22 zones that vary gently between roughly 8.6mm and 10.6mm, alternating tapers and rounder bulbs for multi-point feedback rather than a steady climb. The final zone narrows into a 7.5mm retention valley, letting the sphincter close securely around it. The 8" version stops after segment 12; the 17" version continues through all 22.
Choosing your silicone firmness
Bob recommends #10 (Medium) — it holds structural rigidity to resist bowing during insertion while giving clear, well-defined tactile feedback across the varied segments.
Color options
#18 and #30 are available in pure translucent silicone.
#00-20, #00-50, and #10 use a translucent white base and can be mixed with our standard colors.
Please note
This is an intermediate piece. The 8" model stays in the earlier part of the canal, while the 17" model reaches the full length through to the bladder neck and is intended for more advanced, deep-depth use.
Use appropriate lubrication and never force insertion. Stop immediately if you experience pain, bleeding, or significant discomfort. Inspect the sound before each use and do not use it if damaged.
