The SSND-SHRTCATH 7-12 packs three cascading expansion peaks into a short, 3.5" footprint, alternating stretch and relief in a compact entry zone rather than one continuous taper.

How it works

The 4.5mm tip guides in gently, then the shaft rises to a 7.1mm crest before dropping into a 3.8mm valley. It rises again to 8.6mm, drops to a 4.5mm valley, then swells to a final 12mm retention ball before narrowing into a 5.9mm valley, letting the muscle lock in place just ahead of the flange.

Color options

#18 and #30 are available in pure translucent silicone.
#00-20, #00-50, and #10 use a translucent white base and can be mixed with our standard colors.

Please note

While the overall length is short and the early segments are slender, the final ball reaches 12mm — this suits users stepping up from smaller sizes rather than a true first piece.
Use appropriate lubrication and never force insertion. Stop immediately if you experience pain, bleeding, or significant discomfort. Inspect the sound before each use and do not use it if damaged.
