The CT80-122 is a very long tapered rib colon tube with a gradually expanding shaft and two large retention balls near the base. The tip starts at approximately 1" and gradually increases to 1.6" before reaching the 2.25" double retention balls. The shaft remains relatively narrow compared with the retention balls, making the transition into the larger base section the defining feature of the design.

Choosing your silicone firmness

For the CT80-122, Bob recommends #00-50 Plus Soft for a piece this long. The softer material allows the long tube to flex more easily.

Bob does not recommend #18 or #30 for tubes of this diameter when they are over 20" long, because the firmer silicone becomes substantially less flexible at this size.

Color options

#18 and #30 are available in pure translucent silicone.

#00-50 and #10 use a translucent white base and can be mixed with our standard colors.

The CT80-122 is an exceptionally long design, with approximately 32" of insertable length and a 1.6" shaft leading to two 2.25" retention balls. It is intended only for very experienced users who are already comfortable with extremely long colon tubes.

Anatomy varies, and no single size or shape will work for everyone. Use appropriate lubrication, never force insertion, and stop if you experience pain or significant discomfort. Inspect the tube before each use and do not use it if damaged.
