The SSND-CNTRD4 is a compact, 4" contoured plug designed for forward-canal placement and comfortable hands-free retention — useful for incontinence management or as a low-profile plug. It replaces the usual flat base with an integrated ball flange that sits discreetly at the opening and doubles as a grip for easy removal.

Choosing your silicone firmness

For the SSND-CNTRD4, Bob recommends #10 (Medium) — it keeps the retention geometry well-defined while staying comfortable for extended wear.

For a plusher, more compressible feel, #00-50 (Soft) is also available; for maximum rigidity, #18 (Firm) is an option too.

Color options

#18 and #30 are available in pure translucent silicone.
#00-20, #00-50, and #10 use a translucent white base and can be mixed with our standard colors.

Please note

This piece stays within the forward tract and is a reasonable starting point for hands-free retention wear.
Use appropriate lubrication and never force insertion. Stop immediately if you experience pain, bleeding, or significant discomfort. Inspect the sound before each use and do not use it if damaged.
