The SSND-BMK4 is a silicone urethral sound with a rounded 12 mm (36 Fr) ball tip followed by a uniform 10 mm (30 Fr) shaft. The shaft remains the same diameter through most of the length before narrowing to an 8 mm (24 Fr) retention valley near the base.

Choosing your silicone firmness

For the SSND-BMK4, Bob recommends #10 Medium. The firmer silicone provides more support along the 10 mm shaft.

Color options

#18 and #30 are available in pure translucent silicone.

#00-50 and #10 use a translucent white base and can be mixed with our standard colors.

Please note

The SSND-BMK4 has a 12 mm ball tip followed by a 10 mm shaft and an 8 mm retention valley. It is intended for users who are already experienced with urethral sounds of this size.

Use appropriate lubrication and never force insertion. Stop immediately if you experience pain, bleeding, or significant discomfort. Inspect the sound before each use and do not use it if damaged.
