The fourth entry in a series of four custom creations built from a customer request, this highly specialized multi-dimensional flexible silicone piece featuring a ball tip and our signature retention valley flange, this design provides a generous quantity of internal sensations while ensuring a completely stable, slip-free placement.

Anatomical Sizing & Retention Mechanics: The architectural profile of the BMK4 is designed to deliver a powerful initial dilation followed by immediate, low-fatigue muscular relaxation along the canal:

• The Bold Entry Tip: Begins with a gently rounded, 12mm (36 French) enlarged ball-style tip. This front-loaded node provides a smooth but aggressive initial stretch right at the Meatus, paving a wide path for the following shaft.

• The Uniform Relief Shaft: Immediately steps down past the entry bulb to a uniform 10mm body that extends for approximately 4.5 inches. This narrowed shaft allows the surrounding tissue to rest and adapt comfortably after riding over the 12mm tip.

• The Secure Retention Flange: Slims back down smoothly at the very end of the shaft to an approximate 8mm retaining valley located directly in front of the base. This relief zone allows internal muscle walls to contract naturally over the main body and collapse into the groove, providing a reliable, hands-free anatomical lock.
