SSND-RIB-8mm Ribbed Silicone Urethral Sound

Here is our brand-new model of our 8mm ribbed flexible urethral stretching insert. It is made from SOFT high-quality durable silicone. With its polished rounded tip, this probe goes in smoothly, giving just the right sensations all the way along the softly ribbed polished shaft with a total insertable length of approximately 9" up to the flanged style base, and this sound has 29 ribs along the way. This probe can be purchased with an open core for extended-length wear to accommodate drainage or with a completely solid configuration.

The silicone material is very flexible in the small diameter, and I recommend the #18 softness selection for the 8mm sound, but you can order it in any softness you prefer. If you want a soft and flexible sound, you can select the #00-50 level of softness. This is what I refer to as compressible silicone, so if you're not quite ready for an 8mm sound, you can use the #00-50 to help stretch the urethra over time. It will compress slightly as you insert it and then maintain a constantly expanding pressure on the urethra to stretch it gently. You can see in the photos how flexible this sound really is by the way it bends and turns. For a slightly firmer expanding pressure, select the #10 softness option.

We only offer the 8mm sound with an open core option of 3/32" due to the small diameter of the valleys between the ribs. To go any larger makes the wall thickness in the valleys so thin the piece can pull apart and be unusable.

****As with all our other silicone nozzles, this one is also available in a wide array of material softness and colors. Please make note that the "00-50 Plus Soft" and the "10 Soft" silicones are not available in pure translucent color. They are available in all the other colors, including the translucent white material in the drop list. If you accidentally order one of those two softness selections with the normal translucent color option, we will automatically substitute the translucent white color instead. 

You can make your individual selections as to color, level of softness, bore diameter, or solid core type from the drop list boxes.
