This is our high quality metal air control valve for use with single and double balloon retention style nozzles. These are excellent replacement valves for plastic air control valves that usually slowly leak off air out of the balloons and allow them to deflate while in use. Our valves are guaranteed to keep the air in the balloon until you decide to release it. The small end goes into the airway into your inflatable nozzle and the larger end goes into the inflator bulb. These are great replacement inflators for your blood pressure inflator cuff as well. They will last many years with proper cleaning and storage.
