BISHOP8 - 8" Silicone Retention Style Enema Nozzle

We had requests for a larger version of our Bishop Chess Piece style nozzle. This one is 8" overall in length (6.9'' insertable length), that will place the tapered expanded ring tip a little deeper inside or even past the sigmoid flexure. It was designed to allow the sigmoid flexure to embrace the first retention valley while the expanded 3.5" long tapered body fits into the length of the rectum. The first expanded ring is 1.65" in diameter, and the maximum diameter of the long body is also 1.65" at its largest point. The final retention valley allows the anal sphincter to close around its 1" diameter for a most comfortable fit. The 1.9" final flange will rest just outside the anal sphincter and keep the nozzle in just the right attitude during the administration of the enema solution.  

This nozzle is also available in a wide array of materials, softness, and colors. Please make note that the #10 softness silicone material is not available in pure translucent material. It is available in all the other colors, including the translucent white material in the drop list. If you accidentally order that softness selection with the normal translucent color option we will automatically substitute the translucent white color instead.

This is a really nice expanded version of the original nozzle design for easy entry and comfort while inserted. The #10 softness options are especially acceptable for beginner's use, as the material will compress during insertion when the patient is nervous and the anus is usually clenched tight. It will then gently expand as the patient becomes more comfortable with the process and begins to relax the sphincter. The extremely gentle material is harmless to the patient's most delicate tissues of the anal sphincter and can be used with complete confidence and reliability without pain or discomfort.
