SSND-BMK3EXT is an extended 13.5" multi-dimensional flexible silicone sound engineered with undulating swells and a proximal retention groove. Designed for dynamic movement and comfortable extended wear, this custom-requested model begins with an elongated 7–8mm tapered tip for effortless insertion. The forward shaft steps up to an 11mm diameter over a 3.5" run, drops into a 1" long 9mm neck, and expands back to 11mm for another 1" section. Moving toward the base, the shaft gradually swells into a 12–13mm (39 Fr) enlarged barrel body before tapering down to a 7.5–8mm (24 Fr) retention valley positioned directly in front of the flared safety flange. Available in solid-core or open-core configurations, the hollow option allows for natural fluid drainage during wear.
