CSRE 1.9" - 2"
Recommended for open bore options
The CSRE 1.9"–2" is a silicone speculum adapter that creates a watertight seal around a standard plastic speculum, eliminating leakage during colonic hydrotherapy. It's available in three lengths, all sharing the same 1.9"–2.0" maximum diameter.

How it works
With lubricant applied, the sleeve is inserted with slow, gentle twisting. The sphincter dilates over the initial expansion ring, then settles into the retention valley to form a watertight seal. A standard plastic speculum then slides through the 3/4" bore with a light twisting motion until it meets the internal stop-flap.
Who it's for
This is a professional-grade tool built to interface with a colonic speculum kit — intended for hydrotherapy providers or experienced home users, with proper hygiene practices in mind.
Choosing your firmness
Bob recommends #10 (Medium) for a reliable, watertight seal that holds its shape under system pressure.
If you or your client have sensitive anatomy, #00-50 (Soft) is also available for a more compliant, lower-resistance sleeve.
If you're unsure which firmness to choose, we recommend ordering our silicone firmness samples first.
Color options
#18 and #30 are available in pure translucent.
#00-20, #00-50, and #10 are translucent white base materials and can be mixed with standard colors.
Please note
Everyone's anatomy is different, and we cannot guarantee that a particular size or configuration will be suitable for everyone.
Use appropriate lubrication, never force the product, and stop if you experience pain or significant discomfort. Inspect the silicone before each use and do not use it if damaged.
