The CT-122 is a large-diameter silicone colon tube with a 1.60" (40.6 mm / 122 French) outer diameter. It is available in lengths from 20" to 60", with two tip styles and several flange options.

Tip Style A — Bumpy Ribbed

A textured entry with progressive contours along the tip.

Tip Style B — Smooth Tapered

A gradually tapered entry that transitions into the full 1.60" shaft.

Flange Options

2.25" Multi-Stage Flange

  • Approximately 2.25" expansion ball

  • 1.56" initial valley

  • 2.25" secondary ball

  • 1.8" retention valley

  • Approximately 2.6" final flare

2.4" Double-Ribbed Ball Flange

Choosing Your Silicone Firmness

The CT-122 is a very large-diameter tube and is not recommended for beginners or intermediate users.

Bob's recommendation: #00-50 Soft. The softer silicone allows the large shaft to flex and compress more easily during placement.

For even more flexibility, #00-20 Very Soft is also available.

Color Options

  • #18 and #30: Pure translucent silicone

  • #00-20, #00-50, and #10: Translucent white base that can be mixed with standard colors

Please Note

The CT-122 is 1.60" in diameter throughout the shaft, making it a large piece intended for experienced users. Longer lengths add substantially to the overall size and should be approached accordingly.

A retention flange is strongly recommended. The No Flange option does not provide a physical stop against internal migration.

Use appropriate lubrication and never force insertion. Stop immediately if you experience pain, bleeding, or significant discomfort. Inspect the sound before each use and do not use it if damaged.

An excellent product, with one caveat: Do not get the "No Flange" version unless you are _certain_ you are ordering a tube that is longer than your colon. I bought a shorter version, accidentally inserted it all the way (lube makes fingers slippery, too!), and then couldn't get it back out. For me, CT-122 is large enough that peristalsis wasn't enough to push it back out again. I spent this morning at the local ER having it removed after two days of trying various approaches myself, which made this a very expensive purchase!

At some point I will probably buy a somewhat longer version with the 2.25" flange. The ER experience was much less traumatic than I expected, but not something I want to experience again!

mine was a (color: White)(Firmness: 00-50 Soft)(Bore: 5/16 inch)(double 2.4 inch wide balls with the double 1.9 inch ribs aka 2.4" ball, for short)(tip A bumpy) and i have to say im impressed with the quality, i had looked at this site for a long time now and have wanted to get my lustful hands on one of these for so long and lemme tell yah, its really good. very very amazing tube, im ordering more from here!!
Pros of my selection:
the subtly ribbed tip feels so good.
the ribbed tip for this model is insanely awesome.
the bore makes internal cleanout a breeze.
00-50 makes tip insertion actually really easy and pleasent and has alot of squish to it for half way of the tube

cons of my selection:
00-50 is a little bit too firm for me to go deep with the width of this exact model, this is my feelings for it so take it as you will.

quality: 9/10 (my god your guys silicone is too damn good)
texture: 8/10 (my god the tip feels so god damn good!!)
my overall rating on my selection: 8/10

i will be ording the same tube but with no bore and with 00-20 firmness tomorrow no joke about it

I got the 24" medium with flared base. This is a massive heavy beast. Very well made, the FIRST time I ever bought something and said I wish it was a little bit smaller. The first 14 inches were easy, I will be working on getting the rest of it in for quite a while. If going this large I recommend the soft, and there is no reason to get a flared base, you could never lose this thing

I wanted something that would seemingly have no end, and this thing delivered. Although I have only ever managed to fit 2/3 of the 60", it's such a surreal experience feeling and seeing it go across the transverse colon. Knowing what I know now, I would probably get the 36" or 44", as there is no benefit for myself going further. I would not recommend getting this length as a first ever colon snake, unless you're very careful and know that this is something you want. A deep enema is required before use.
Also, the customer service was awesome.
