CT-63 .825" Colon Tube

The CT-63 is a custom silicone colon tube with a 0.825" (21 mm / 63 French) outer diameter. It can be purchased in lengths ranging from 12" up to 48". It is fully customizable from tip to base, allowing you to select your ideal length, tip style, retention flange, color, bore size, and material firmness.

You can configure this tube with the following options:

Tip Style A (Ribbed Ball Style): An advanced configuration with a repeating rib and valley profile:
- First Ball: 20.1 mm diameter (followed by a 15.9 mm valley)
- Second Ball: 20.75 mm diameter (followed by a 16.25 mm valley)
- Third Ball: 22.15 mm diameter (followed by a 17.25 mm valley, settling to 20.5 mm at the main shaft)
Tip Style B (Smooth Taper): Features a gently rounded, low-pressure entry tip that expands up to the standard 0.825" shaft size.
1.3" Custom Flange Base: A compact retention-style base featuring a 34.25 mm first expansion ball, a 22.8 mm retention valley, and a 37.5 mm final anchoring ball. (Bob suggests this 1.3" flange for users with little or no experience.)
1.8" Custom Flange Base: An expanded retention-style base featuring a 45.4 mm first expansion ball, a 23.7 mm retention valley, and a 46.1 mm final anchoring ball.

Choosing Your Silicone Firmness

The single most popular and highly recommended customer configuration for this tube is #10 firmness. This density provides the ideal functional sweet spot by delivering enough column rigidity to make deep insertion smooth while preserving high flexibility to yield to natural contours.

Color Options

#18 and #30 are available in pure translucent.
#00-20, #00-50, and #10 base colors are translucent white and can be mixed with any standard color.

Please Note

Thanks to its smaller 0.825" diameter, the CT-63 serves as an accessible introduction to longer colon tubes, acting as an excellent choice for beginners (shorter tubes) to intermediate (longer tubes) users.
