CT-63 .825" Colon Tube

Here is our smallest diameter colon tube. At 63 on the French Scale, it is approximately .825" in diameter. It is made from the same high-quality and durable Platinum Silicone material as all our nozzles and colon tubes. You can see in the photos how flexible this nozzle really is.

One of the most popular customer options for this item is the #10, which allows for flex with enough rigidity to allow easier insertion.

This tube has two uniquely styled tips that will be classified as A and B, and two flanges as seen in the photos.

Tip A is the ribbed ball style. The beginning of the tip has a unique taper into a rib style, and then the following balls are approximately .825" in diameter.
First ball is 20.1mm and then the first valley is 15.9mm, the second ball is 20.75mm followed its valley 16.25mm, the third ball is 22.15mm and its valley is 17.25mm shrinking back to 20.5mm before going to the main shaft diameter.

Tip B is the smooth tapered style tip. It begins with a gently rounded tip that gradually expands in diameter up to the .825" diameter shaft size.

1.3" Flange
The first ball is 34.25mm, the retention valley is 22.8mm, then the final ball is 37.5mm

1.8" Flange
the first ball is 45.4mm, the retention valley is 23.7mm, the final ball is 46.1mm

This colon tube is normally configured with a 1/4" bore, and our connector pack has the appropriate set of hose barb connectors to assist in connecting your new colon tube to most of your existing equipment.

Color Options: #18 and #30 are available in pure translucent. #00-50 and #10 base colors are translucent white and can be mixed with any standard color.
