The CT-86 is a highly adaptable, mid-profile model in our custom silicone colon tube family. Featuring a 1.125" outer diameter, this tube bridges the gap between our CT-75 and CT-103 lines. Hand-cast from premium, medical-grade Platinum-Cure silicone, the CT-86 stands out by offering four completely unique, multi-stage retention flange designs to give you unparalleled control over physical sealing and hands-free stability.

Fully customizable from tip to base, the CT-86 allows you to select your ideal length, tip style, safety flange size, bore size, color, and material firmness to create a piece tailored exactly to your anatomical requirements.

Anatomical Design & Modular Geometry:

• Main Shaft Diameter: A robust 1.125" (28.6mm) outer diameter throughout the body of the tube.

• Tip Style B (Smooth Tapered): A sleek, gradually tapered entry design engineered for direct, low-resistance placement.

• Tip Style A (Ribbed Ball Style): An advanced, progressive configuration featuring three distinct expansion zones to ease insertion:

  • First Ball: Starts with an entry taper up to 24.5mm, followed by a 21.2mm valley.

  • Second Ball: Measures 25.6mm, followed by a 23mm valley.

  • Third Ball: Reaches 27.25mm, followed by a 24.9mm valley, before swelling smoothly into the full 28.6mm main shaft diameter.

Flange Options: Choose from four distinct, custom-engineered base sizes to match your retention preferences:

• 1.3" Flange Base: Our most compact option. It transitions from the 28.6mm shaft into a 36.1mm first ball, drops into a 26mm valley, and finishes with a 43.7mm final anchoring ball.

• 1.5" Flange Base: A balanced three-ball design. It features a 33.3mm first ball, steps down to 29.4mm, rises into a 38.5mm middle ball, drops into a 26mm main retention valley, and settles at a 38.1mm final ball.

• 1.8" Flange Base: A scaled-up, high-retention variation of the 1.5" style. It starts with a 34mm first ball, a 28.75mm valley, a prominent 44.3mm middle anchoring ball, a 26mm main retention valley, and a 44.4mm final ball.

• 2.25" Flanges Base: Our maximum-security retention design. It leads into a 39mm first ball, drops to a 27.1mm valley, swells into a massive 57.1mm central anchoring ball, drops into a 25.7mm main retention valley, and finishes with a 45.25mm final ball.

• Experience Level Intermediate: Stepping up to a 1.125" main shaft combined with robust anchoring flanges makes the CT-86 an advanced instrument. It is recommended for more experienced users who are comfortable managing larger diameters and potentially deep volume.

• The Prime Durometer Recommendation: For a tube of this diameter Bob strongly recommends selecting #10 especially if you choose the smaller 1.3" or 1.5" flange.

• The Soft-Retention Alternative: Bob recommends dropping down to our #00-50 composition, for the larger 1.8" or 2.25" flange options

Color Options: #18 and #30 are available in pure translucent. #00-20, #00-50, and #10 base colors are translucent white and can be mixed with any standard color.
