The CT-86 is a custom silicone colon tube featuring a 1.125" (28.6 mm) outer diameter. It can be purchased in lengths ranging from 18" up to 64". It is fully customizable from tip to base, allowing you to select your ideal length, tip style, retention flange, color, bore size, and material firmness.

You can configure this tube with the following options:

• Tip Style A (Ribbed Ball Style):

  • First Ball: Starts with an entry taper up to 24.5 mm, followed by a 21.2 mm valley.

  • Second Ball: Measures 25.6 mm, followed by a 23 mm valley.

  • Third Ball: Reaches 27.25 mm, followed by a 24.9 mm valley, before swelling smoothly into the full 28.6 mm main shaft diameter.

• Tip Style B (Smooth Tapered): A sleek, gradually tapered entry design engineered for direct, low-resistance placement.

• 1.3" Flange Base: Our most compact option. It transitions from the 28.6 mm shaft into a 36.1 mm first ball, drops into a 26 mm valley, and finishes with a 43.7 mm final anchoring ball.

• 1.5" Flange Base: A balanced three-ball design featuring a 33.3 mm first ball, a step down to 29.4 mm, a 38.5 mm middle ball, a 26 mm main retention valley, and a 38.1 mm final ball.

• 1.8" Flange Base: A scaled-up variation starting with a 34 mm first ball, a 28.75 mm valley, a prominent 44.3 mm middle anchoring ball, a 26 mm main retention valley, and a 44.4 mm final ball.

• 2.25" Flange Base: Our maximum-security retention design leading into a 39 mm first ball, a drop to a 27.1 mm valley, a 57.1 mm central anchoring ball, a 25.7 mm main retention valley, and a 45.25 mm final ball.

• No Flange Base: Finishes with a simple flat end after the shaft. This is strongly discouraged due to the risk of internal migration, but it is available by request for experienced users who understand the risk.

Choosing Your Silicone Firmness

For a tube of this diameter, Bob strongly recommends selecting #10 firmness, especially if you choose the smaller 1.3" or 1.5" flange.

If you choose the larger 1.8" or 2.25" flange options, Bob recommends dropping down to our #00-50 composition.

Color Options

• #18 and #30 are available in pure translucent.

• #00-20, #00-50, and #10 base colors are translucent white and can be mixed with any standard color.

Please Note

With a 1.125" main shaft of differnt lenghts, and multiple flanges CT-86 can be recommended for intermediate and more experienced users. The shorter and options and smaller flanges are well suited for an intermediate user while the larger diameter flanges and deep lenghth are more advanced.

Everyone's anatomy is different, and a particular size or shape may not be suitable for everyone. Use plenty of appropriate lubrication, never force the product, and stop immediately if you experience pain or discomfort.
