The Deep Throat Training 1 1/8" is a larger-diameter trainer for gag reflex desensitization, available in 18" and 24" lengths with a choice of tip style and retaining ball size.

How it works

Tip A has a textured, segmented surface for more tactile feedback; Tip B is smooth and tapered. The retaining ball sits at the base and acts as an external stop against the mouth, so pick the size that matches how much anchoring and control you want. A 1/4" center bore runs through the shaft for emergency airflow.

Choosing your firmness

Bob recommends #10 (Medium) for most users. It gives the 18" or 24" length enough structure to guide smoothly along the palate, while keeping the surface feel soft.

If you're especially sensitive to throat pressure or want more give as you build tolerance, #00-50 (Soft) is also available.

If you're unsure which firmness to choose, we recommend ordering our silicone firmness samples first.

Color options

#18 and #30 are available in pure translucent.
#00-20, #00-50, and #10 are translucent white base materials and can be mixed with standard colors.

Please note

Always keep the retaining ball in place against the mouth during use — it's there to stop the piece from being inserted too far.
Oral training should always be done slowly and never forced.
Use appropriate lubrication, and stop immediately if you experience pain or respiratory distress.
