This 17-inch-long (16-inch insertable) silicone urethral stretching sound has a uniquely contoured tip with an optimized valley or groove just near the tip of the appliance. This model is only contoured at the very tip, with the rest of the body slightly tapering or stretching up to the final end where there is no safety base or flange, so please be cautious if inserting the full length. The model starts with a smooth, rounded, and slightly tapered unique tip with a short 1-inch, 11mm (33 French) maximum diameter just before the 8mm (24 French) diameter groove or valley. The rest of the shaft or body tapers up from 8mm (24 French) to an approximately 14mm maximum diameter (42 French) shaft or body.

Again, this model has a straight final end with no flange; however, if you want a safety base on the appliance, please make a note in the “special comments” box to leave the safety base on.

This probe can be purchased with an open core for extended-length wear to accommodate drainage or with a completely solid configuration. You can make your individual selections for length, color, level of softness, open-core bore diameter, or solid-core type from the drop list boxes.

The #18 and #30 are the only silicone that we have available in pure translucent. The #00-50 and #10 base color are a translucent white but can be mixed with all our standard color selections.
