Here is the medium-large size Rectal Training Dilator that can also double as an enema nozzle, the green piece in the photos. It can also be purchased in a solid version without the open core. There is one larger size and four smaller that make up a total of five that can be purchased separately or in a combination set. It is also available in several different Shore A Durometer levels of softness. This nozzle has a nice 4.5" length and 1.75" diameter enlarged tip that shrinks down to a 1.5" diameter by 2.5" length shaft that extends out to the 2.25" diameter safety flange, with a tapered tip that is comfortably inserted and has excellent retention properties. This is a good piece for those of you wanting to continue your gentle stretching so you can handle those larger nozzles or colon tubes you have wanted to try. Not recommended for first-timers or beginners without first graduating slowly using the smaller dilators and the use a lot of lubrication and patience.
