By removing the traditional large safety  flange and extending the body, this design sits seamlessly within the canal, utilizing precise anatomical expansions to stay perfectly anchored during movement.

Anatomical Contouring & Flangeless Retention Mechanics: 

• The Gradual Entry Taper: Begins with a highly approachable 6mm diameter tip that smoothly guides the sound inward, gradually expanding up to 12mm as it traverses the forward canal.

• The Advanced Retention Node: Crests at a prominent 14mm (42 French) retention ball designed to gently pass the targeted muscle threshold to establish a secure internal block.

• The Sphincter Locking Valley: Immediately following the main ball, the diameter drops into a 9mm relief valley. This allows the primary sphincter muscle to comfortably contract and rest within the groove, securely capturing the plug.

• The Terminal Flangeless Anchor: Concludes with a final expansion that swells back out to 12mm at the very end.
