Our Shower Shooter 39" XL extended-length colon tube (90 French) is engineered to safely deliver enema solutions deep into the mid-sections of the descending colon and upper area of the transverse colon. This long-format nozzle provides effective internal stimulation and a gentle massaging sensation as it moves, maintaining excellent flexibility through its sculpted ribbed valleys. Depending on your selected silicone durometer, it offers firm, guided navigation or a highly compliant, soft experience.

Tapered Entry Tip: Begins with a smooth, rounded entry tip measuring 0.75" (19.1mm / 57 Fr) that steps gradually to 1.0" (25.4mm / 76 Fr) at the second rib to ensure comfortable initial insertion.
