SSND-16mm is a urethral sound designed for high-capacity stretching. This model integrates an retention valley just in front of the base, allowing the internal sphincter muscle to safely anchor the piece in place for comfortable extended retention wear. The architecture opens with a polished 9mm (27 Fr) lead-in bulb tip, steps down to a 7.5mm relief groove, and then gradually swells over the first inch into a parallel 16mm (48 Fr) main shaft. Available in multiple length options, it can be ordered as a completely solid silicone unit or with a hollow open-core channel to accommodate fluid passage and breathability.
