Here is an extra long 12mm shaft sound with a 14mm egg-shaped ball tip that comes in at 24" in length. The sound has a nice 8mm retention valley. With its slightly enlarged rounded tip, this probe goes in smoothly while providing a generous amount of sensation all the way along the polished shaft as well with a total insertable length of 24". This probe can be purchased with an open core for extended-length wear to accommodate drainage or with a completely solid configuration. It has a .472'' outside diameter, or 36 French sizes, with a slightly enlarged .551" 42Fr egg/oval style tip.
The silicone material can be selected from four levels of softness. If you want something that is firm but still quite flexible, you should select the #18 softness level. For a much softer material that is compressible and will give a constantly expanding pressure, you should choose the #00-20 or #00-50. The #10 softness option is in the middle and is just slightly compressible.
The #18 and #30 are the only silicone that we have available in pure translucent. The #00-50 and #10 base color are a translucent white but can be mixed with all our standard color selections.
