SSND-BMK1 is a compact 4" insertable multi-dimensional flexible silicone sound engineered with subtle progressive swells and a proximal retention groove. Designed for dynamic movement and comfortable extended wear, this custom-requested model begins with an 8mm gently tapered tip for effortless initial entry. The forward shaft expands smoothly up to 9.5mm over a 2.5" run, drops into a 9mm mid-shaft neck, and expands up to an 11mm (33 Fr) maximum diameter body. Just before the flared safety base, the shaft tapers back down into an 8mm (24 Fr) retention valley designed to let the meatal sphincter capture and hold the sound securely in place. Available in solid-core or open-core configurations, the hollow option allows for natural fluid drainage during wear.
