This is the second shorter but fatter silicone insert that was created for use with a urethral chastity device or standalone as a small contoured urethral plug. Our quality Platinum Cure Silicone makes this model a very comfortable, smooth, wearable appliance that can be configured with most male chastity cages (though specifically designed for the CB-6000 and CB-3000) or be worn alone as a short urethral plug, with or without an open core to accommodate voiding.

The overall length of this model is approximately 2.6”, allowing 2” (50.8mm) of insertable length. The insert begins with a very smooth 9mm diameter rounded tip, then gently tapers up to an approximately 11.3mm diameter flare before the first 7.8mm valley or groove.  Then there are four more balls, the first has a diameter of 10.6mm, valley of 8.6mm, the next ball is slightly bigger at 10.8mm, valley of 7.9mm, the next is 10.3mm, valley of 6.9mm, and the final ball is 9.6mm with a final retention valley of 6.9mm followed by the to the 14.4 mm flared safety flange.  The additional chastity flange section measures 21mm in diameter (with respective 9.5mm groove for chastity device retention). 

Again, this insert can be configured with an open-core option for drainage during insertion or as a solid-core urethral plug.  You can make your individual selections as to color, level of softness, and open or solid core type from the drop list boxes. 

The #18 and #30 are the only silicone that we have available in pure translucent. The #00-50 and #10 base color are a translucent white but can be mixed with all our standard color selections.
