The SSND-JWW 4" is a smooth silicone urethral sound with an elongated tapered shaft and a small retention valley near the base. It is available in three shaft diameters.

Choosing your silicone firmness
For the SSND-JWW 4", Bob recommends #18 Firm or #10 Medium. The firmer materials provide more support through the long, narrow shaft.
Color options
#18 and #30 are available in pure translucent silicone.
#00-50 and #10 use a translucent white base and can be mixed with our standard colors.
Please note
The SSND-JWW 4" has a relatively long, narrow shaft compared with the shorter JWW models. The 8.5 mm version is the largest available size in this model.
Use appropriate lubrication and never force insertion. Stop immediately if you experience pain, bleeding, or significant discomfort. Inspect the sound before each use and do not use it if damaged.
