SSND-MD 10-18mm 30-54Fr 7" Multi-Diameter Stretching Sound

Here is our longer and thicker addition to the multi-dimensional flexible urethral stretching silicone sound series. With its smooth rounded tapering tip that measures approximately 8.5mm, this one is perfect for the next stage of stretching to enable the full insertion of larger sounds. Similar to our 8-16mm stretching sound. We had several requests from users of the 8-16mm sound to make the next step in size and length available. Like the 8-16mm sound, it also has a velvety penetration as each segment stimulates and spreads the way for the following slightly larger segment to do the same. The total insertable length is approximately 7" up to the flange with a 13.5 mm (40 French) deeper retaining valley just in front of the base. This probe can be purchased with an open core for extended-length wear to accommodate drainage or with a completely solid configuration.

The sound has 8 separate segments sized as follows:

1 - 10mm 30Fr

2 - 11mm 33Fr

3 - 12mm 36Fr

4 - 13mm 39Fr

5 - 14mm 42Fr

6 - 15mm 45Fr

7 – 16.5mm 49Fr

8 - 18mm 54Fr

The silicone material is very flexible in the smaller diameter regions but still quite firm when ordered in the #10 silicone, which I recommend for a moderate level of stiffness. If you want it to be as softer, the "00-50" is really nice because it will allow the sound to compress a little upon insertion and then exert a continuous outward pressure to gently stretch the urethra to the selected size. The softer material, the more compression. Liberal amounts of lubrication allow this sound to be inserted to the desired expansion size while at the same time remaining comfortable and stimulating for extended wear if that is what you desire.   

 The #18 and #30 are the only silicone that we have available in pure translucent. The #00-50 and #10 base color are a translucent white but can be mixed with all our standard color selections.
