Featuring a smoothly tapered 10.5mm tip, this piece provides an optimal transition path for users expanding beyond 10mm profiles toward ultra-large dimensions. The multi-segmented body utilizes 8 distinct wave-like steps, offering a velvety penetration sequence where each enlarged rib gently stretches the pathway for the next. A deep 15.5mm retaining valley just in front of the base allows the internal sphincter to comfortably anchor the piece in place. It can be configured as a solid structure or with an optional open core for extended retention wear and drainage.

Tapered Entry Tip: Smoothly rounded 10.5mm lead-in tip engineered for seamless, low-friction placement.
Progressive Segmented Shaft: Eight distinct step-up ribs starting at 11.5mm and expanding continuously up to a maximum 20.35mm peak diameter.
Retention Valley: Drops to a 15.5mm (47Fr) groove behind the shaft to seat behind the sphincter for secure, extended placement.
Safety Flange Base: Integrated flanged style base prevents over-insertion and facilitates easy, controlled removal.

The SSND-MD 11-20 features a total length of approximately 8.25 inches with an insertable depth of 8.0 inches measured directly from the tapered tip to the flanged safety base. Its extended profile reaches deeply into the canal for full anatomical engagement.
