SSND-MD 12-21mm - 36-63Fr Multi-Diameter Stretching Sound

This is our latest addition to the multi-dimensional and flexible urethral stretching silicone sound insert family. With its rounded tip at approximately 11mm, this one is perfect for the seasoned sounder who wants to move into the more aggressive stretching area to make use of even larger sounds. Similar to our 6-14 stretching sound in design characteristics, but instead has a gently sloping design that gradually increases to the next larger stretching diameter of each segment with just a minimal retention valley before expanding up to the next segment so it will continue to stretch when it is left in place at that particular segment. We've had many requests from users of the 6-14mm sound regarding this design and larger size. Like the 6-14mm sound, it also goes in smoothly as each segment stimulates and spreads the way for the following slightly larger segment to do the same. The total insertable length is approximately 8'' up to the flange, with a deeper retaining valley just in front of the base. This probe can be purchased with an open core for extended-length wear to accommodate drainage or with a completely solid configuration. This sound has 6 separate segments sized as follows. The first number is the largest diameter of the segment, and the second number is the retention valley diameter for that segment. There is a small ball tip on this sound followed by a gradually tapering valley to maintain a comfortable initial insertion:

1 - 11/10mm - Approximately 33 to 30Fr

2 - 12.5/11.5mm - Approximately 37 to 34Fr

3 - 15.5/13.5mm - Approximately 46 to 39Fr

4 - 16.5/14.5mm - Approximately 50 to 44Fr

5 - 19/17.5mm - Approximately 57 to 52Fr

6 - 21/18mm - Approximately 63 to 54Fr

The silicone material is very flexible in the smaller diameter regions but still quite firm when ordered in the #18 silicone, which I recommend for a moderate level of stiffness. If you want it to be as soft as skin, you can choose the #00-20 or #00-50 softness level which is still quite soft and compressible. This is what I refer to as the compressible softness levels and is actually a spongy feeling. The #00-20 is the softest. This softness is really nice because it will allow the sound to compress upon insertion and then exert a continuous outward pressure to stretch the urethra to the selected size gently. The softer material, the more compression. Liberal amounts of lubrication allow this sound to be inserted to the desired expansion size while at the same time remaining comfortable and stimulating for extended wear if that is what you desire. Still just slightly compressible for a more aggressive expansion session.

 The #18 and #30 are the only silicone that we have available in pure translucent. The #00-50 and #10 base color are a translucent white but can be mixed with all our standard color selections.
