We are now growing our multi-dimensional sound family to include this larger, supple 9-13mm size stretching urethral sound. This model provides variety when it comes to the choice of dimensions and the aesthetics of the style of the base flange.

This piece is a moderate 7.5'' in length (allowing 7” for insertion), and has our desirable ball-shaped safety flange and unique hold-in-place retaining valley. The smooth rounded tip starts off at just 9.5mm (28.5 French) and is immediately followed by a 9mm (27Fr) groove or valley. The following four barrel-style segments or ribs taper up from approximately 9.8mm (29.5 French) to 11.7mm (35 French) in diameter, and respective accompanying valleys are 9.5mm (28.5 Fr) up to 10.5mm (31.5 Fr) in diameter. The next three barrel ribs are a little longer in length and further, taper up to a maximum 13mm (39Fr) diameter with accompanying valleys of 10.25mm (30.75 Fr). The final rib proximal to the base is 12.7mm (38.1 Fr), and the retaining valley is 9.3 mm (28Fr) just before the final safety ball flange.

This probe can be purchased with three different sizes of open core for extended-length wear to accommodate drainage or with a completely solid configuration to use as a urethral plug. The silicone material is available in many levels of softness, as shown in the drop list selections. You can make your individual selections as to color, level of softness, and open or solid core type from the drop list boxes.

The #18 and #30 are the only silicone that we have available in pure translucent. The #00-50 and #10 base color are a translucent white but can be mixed with all our standard color selections.
