Here we have an 8.5” long (8” insertable) smooth, elongated, small diameter or beginner stretching sound/insert. The slick, rounded 5mm (15 French) tip goes in effortlessly with a generous amount of lubrication, and the long smooth body gradually tapers up for 8” of length to a maximum 10mm (30 French) diameter. The retaining valley or groove proximal to the flared safety base is approximately 7mm (21 French) in diameter, and the flared base is approximately 12.5mm (37.5 French), however not intended for insertion.

In the very soft #00-50 silicone, it makes a wonderful stretching sound for beginners and smaller circumferences who wish to move up to a larger diameter sound or probe eventually. This model can be purchased with a 3/32” open core for extended-length wear to accommodate drainage or with a completely solid configuration.

The silicone material can be selected from five levels of softness. If you want something that is firm but still quite flexible, you should select the #30 softness level. For a much softer material that is compressible and will give a constantly expanding pressure, you should choose the #00-50 softness option. For something in the middle, go with the #10, which is also somewhat compressible, or the #18 for just a little more firmness.

The #18 and #30 are the only silicone that we have available in pure translucent. The #00-50 and #10 base color are a translucent white but can be mixed with all our standard color selections.
